We, at SP Meccanica, manufacture a wide range of special rack and pinions using various types of metal alloys depending on request and industry of application.

The special rack and pinions we manufacture range from module 1 to module 10.
Depending on the type of machining carried out on the rack and pinion and the material chosen by the customer, we can guarantee high quality standards (5-6) on the finished product.
We manufacture quality 5 helical-cut rack and pinions measuring up to 1000 mm long, of the quality 6 type up to 1200 mm.
We can pair each rack and pinion with the relative gear system upon request. This accessory is not manufactured by SP but outsourced to certified partners.
